Went to school at 9am for my F&N practical exam. Ohmygosh! It was freaking tiring and stressful. Everything wasnt according to my time plan and i was sooo afraid that i wont be able to finish cooking in time. But well, i did finish everything on time. :DDDD

I love the main course. Honey and Black Pepper Beef. It was wonderful. Except for the fact that the beef was kinda hard cause i didnt cut it against the grains. -____- (ppl from 2peace better not remind me of my hardrock sushi) The desert was the Lotus Root Chips with Curry Salts. Mrs Tham said it was nice. :DDDD
